## About the Role

Requirement/Must Have:

 * 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
 * Willing to participate in rotational on-call support.
 * Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting PLC and HMI systems., * Knowledge of OT integrations & transaction flow (Toptech, Tabs/TDS, Digi, Railman).
 * Experience with FactoryTalk View SE and Inductive Automation Ignition.
 * Experience supporting Terminal Automation Systems (Top tech TMS) and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments.

## Description

* Support and troubleshoot Terminal Management System (TMS6 / TMS7).
 * Perform command-line operations, log analysis, service and process management in Linux / Red Hat.
 * Execute basic queries, transaction and data validation in MySQL.
 * Troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues in an OT environment.
 * Participate in incident management including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
 * Handle P1 / P2 incidents and participate in bridge calls.
 * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective / preventive actions.
 * Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution and tracking.
 * Work within ITSM processes (incident, escalation, communication, closure).
 * Be flexible to work in US/night shifts.
