## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in network, systems, or infrastructure engineering.
 * Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment strongly preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
 * Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
 * Working knowledge of VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
 * Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and security frameworks.
 * Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
 * Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Fortinet, or similar are a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join a Managed Services team supporting diverse client environments. This role serves as a senior technical escalation resource responsible for troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, leading projects, and providing guidance to junior engineers., * Act as the highest level of technical escalation for network, server, cloud, and security-related issues.

 * Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
 * Support and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization platforms.
 * Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology improvement initiatives.
 * Manage backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
 * Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver projects.
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
