We are seeking a seasoned Analyst/Developer to perform complex analysis and end-to-end business intelligence report development. This role involves utilizing a variety of technologies, including SQL at an advanced level. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology partners to ascertain requirements, determine data sources, develop analytics, and implement delivery strategies using established databases., * Design, develop, and implement database-related solutions.

 * Create and maintain procedures and documentation.
 * Gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions regarding complex data and information.
 * Develop, provide guidance, and offer recommendations on process improvements and best practices.
