## Description

Our client is seeking an Entry Level Help Desk Technician to join their IT team on a full-time basis. This role provides a mix of hardware and software support to end users, serving as a first point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues, while gaining hands-on experience supporting business applications including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This is a great launching pad for someone early in their IT career who wants real, varied experience rather than sitting behind one narrow queue. You'll get exposure to both the hardware side (repairs, setup, deployments) and the software side (troubleshooting applications, supporting Dynamics 365 users), working alongside experienced technicians who can mentor you as you build your skill set. Daily Responsibilities

 * 50% Hands-On Support: troubleshooting and resolving end-user hardware and software issues
 * 30% Ticketing & Documentation: logging, tracking, and following up on support requests
 * 20% Team Collaboration: learning from senior technicians and assisting with new user setup
