Security Management * Manage server security protocols and access permissions. * Monitor and maintain security protocols for all company devices and systems. * Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans. * Manage user access rights and permissions. * Respond to security incidents and implement corrective measures. Device Management * Configure and deploy devices for new employees, including computers, mobile devices, and tablets. * Install, configure, and maintain software applications across all company devices. * Manage device inventory and asset tracking and coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranties. * Perform regular system backups, updates, and maintenance procedures. Licensing Management * Track and maintain software subscription and licensing records to ensure compliance and accurate inventory management. * Review existing licensing agreements and support contract administration activities. * Collaborate with purchasing teams to facilitate software acquisitions and renewals. * Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand software requirements and recommend appropriate licensing solutions. * Monitor software usage and entitlement data to help optimize licensing investments. * Maintain organized documentation related to software assets, contracts, and vendor communications.
