## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Process, Control, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience using, supporting, implementing, or troubleshooting refinery blending applications.
 * 5+ years of customer-facing technical support or application engineering experience with advanced process applications.
 * 5+ years of refinery industry experience, including blending operations and/or off-site tank farm processes, with knowledge of process automation and PID control.
 * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, communicate effectively with customers, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

WE VALUE

 * Experience with Honeywell Blending, Movement Management, Experion, TPS, or similar refinery applications.
 * Experience in refinery operations, process control, and business applications.
 * Programming and database experience (VB, C++, C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL).
 * Strong problem-solving, technical communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
 * Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.

## Description

You will report directly to our Blending and Movement Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule., * Develop and implement advanced application engineering solutions to meet customer needs and technical requirements.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
 * Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and customers to resolve complex engineering challenges.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and customer satisfaction.
 * Lead technical discussions and presentations with customers and stakeholders to communicate solutions and project status.
