You will work on configuring, installing, debugging, and maintaining network gear, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels. The position includes on-call after hours and on-site work three days a week, contributing to secure, reliable network services. You will help translate complex tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with customers and vendors. This is a chance to shape state network architecture and support ongoing modernization efforts.
