## Description

Experteer Overview As Lead, you will steer an AI-enabled engineering squad in Austin to deliver on components aligned with the EMEA anchor team. You'll define the AI-native operating model, guide agent-driven development, and ensure high-quality, secure releases. You'll coach engineers to shift from coding to directing and reviewing agent-generated work, while aligning cross-site priorities. This role shapes a growing AI-native engineering culture with real impact.
