## Description

Experteer Overview As a Connected Vehicle Launch Quality Lead, you will own early warning quality for new vehicle launches using connected data. Based in Dearborn with a hybrid on-site/remote setup, you lead cross-functional teams to identify and address DTC trends across IVI, BCM and ADAS. You translate complex analytics into actionable insights that reduce costs and improve the ownership experience. This role sits in a digital-systems quality organization driving rapid issue resolution during launches. You help Ford advance its digital-first, data-driven approach to vehicle health and quality.
