## Description

Experteer Overview In this Director role, you guide the development and support of provider networks and unit-cost management through pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. You will set strategy across a large unit or multiple markets, coordinating efforts in a matrixed organization to achieve network cost and quality objectives. The role focuses on improving access, cost efficiency, and network performance in Iowa, with a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will shape pricing approaches and network configurations to drive measurable outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.
