 * Experience building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications, * Strong hands-on Technical Lead (not just managerial)
 * Expert in Java-based backend development
 * Experience with Kafka, APIs, and Microservices
 * Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
 * Comfortable leading developers while actively coding
