Added bonus if you have * Experience designing for native mobile platforms. * Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy tools for professional or expert users. * Experience with inventory, or sales-enablement tooling. * Experience in automotive, fintech or other regulated, trust-sensitive domains. * Experience working in an Agile development process * Experience designing conversational AI - chat, voice, or agentic interfaces (designing for AI) * Experience using AI tools to accelerate and enhance the design process (designing with AI). ## Description As a UI/UX Designer, you will work under the direct supervision of the Manager - UI/UX Design to maintain daily communication with the extended team. You'll lead the design of end-to-end web-based product experiences, driving work from early discovery through production handoff and helping to set the bar for craft across the team. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex, ambiguous problems into intuitive, accessible, and visually refined experiences that customers trust. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate with autonomy, and elevate the people around them. You bring deep craft, rigor, and curiosity.
