## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
 * 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, RESTful APIs, and Oracle.
 * Experience designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications.
 * Experience with Azure cloud technologies and hybrid cloud environments.
 * Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
 * Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development methodologies.
 * Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Azure B2C, Azure SignalR, Azure AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
 * Experience leading cloud migration or platform modernization initiatives.
 * Experience with event-driven architecture and enterprise integration.
 * Exposure to AI-enabled software solutions and modern cloud-native architectures.

## Description

* Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise software applications.
 * Design and develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, REST APIs, and Oracle.
 * Drive cloud modernization initiatives within Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
 * Partner with architects, database teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated technical solutions.
 * Establish engineering best practices, application standards, and architectural patterns.
 * Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation.
 * Mentor and develop software engineers while promoting engineering excellence.
 * Identify technical risks and implement scalable, long-term solutions.
 * Translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, automation, and platform scalability.
