* Design and build services and application components to agreed specifications and standards.
 * Author specifications and use AI coding agents to generate, refine and test implementation.
 * Critically review AI-generated output; take ownership of correctness, performance and security.
 * Write and maintain automated tests to meet coverage thresholds.
 * Participate in code reviews and support less experienced engineers in the pod.
 * Contribute to technical design discussions and resolve implementation-level design issues.
