* 8+ years of hands-on experience in AEM development
 * Strong expertise with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs, and workflows
 * Relevant AEM certifications (e.g., AEM Sites Architect, AEM Sites Lead, AEM DevOps, AEM Sites Developer)
 * Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and conducting code reviews
 * Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
 * Strong experience in developing AEM components, integrations, and web applications
 * Expertise in:
 + Java
 + Sling
 + OSGi
 + HTL (Sightly)
 + HTML, CSS, JavaScript
 * Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and performance tuning
 * Experience with AEM Cloud Service and on-premise deployments
 * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar
 * Strong troubleshooting and production support experience in AEM environments
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools, * Experience with Adobe Target
 * Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM
 * Experience with Akamai CDN
 * Experience with translation tools such as Smartling or TransPerfect
 * Experience with search platforms such as Coveo or Solr, * AEM Development & Architecture

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solutions Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in AEM along with leadership capabilities to guide development teams, ensure system performance, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations

 * Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance across environments
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dispatcher configuration, caching, and performance
 * Support CI/CD pipelines, including Cloud Manager operations, automated builds, deployments, and testing
 * Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
 * Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices
 * Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics platforms, and custom APIs
 * Monitor application health and implement observability and diagnostics
 * Stay updated with AEM features, cloud services, and Adobe Experience Cloud advancements
