## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in help desk, technical support, network operations, or systems administration environments, plus a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field preferred.
 * Experience supporting Windows operating systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
 * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, switching, and general troubleshooting methodologies.
 * Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and documentation skills.
 * Active Secret security clearance
 * Ability and willingness to work onsite in Denver, CO
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
 * Desired :
 + CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+, or equivalent DoD 8570-compliant certification

## Description

* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, application, and network-related issues.
 * Monitor and manage support requests through ticketing systems while ensuring timely incident resolution.
 * Troubleshoot communication, connectivity, and system performance issues.
 * Support mission readiness through system testing, operational monitoring, and lab environment support.
 * Escalate complex issues, document resolutions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
