## About the Role

* 3+ years of SQL experience working with large datasets
 * 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience
 * 2+ years of Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
 * Bachelor s degree in a related field

Preferred:

 * Python or R/RStudio
 * Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
 * People/Talent/HR Analytics experience
 * Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow

## Description

* Develop ad hoc, recurring, and self-service analytics solutions using HR and enterprise data
 * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations
 * Use SQL and Alteryx to query, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets
 * Identify trends and translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
 * Contribute to predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and automation initiatives
 * Gather business requirements and independently scope and execute analytics projects
 * Partner with HR, Talent, and Technology teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities
