 * Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or AWS QuickSight
 * Experience with additional ETL tools

## Description

We are seeking an AWS/Java/ETL Developer specializing in data modernization using cloud solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of software development experience with strong skills in Java, AWS services, ETL processes, database technologies, and cloud-based application development. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cloud-native applications and data solutions while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders., * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose modernization strategies

 * Design, develop, and test Java-based cloud-native applications and backend systems
 * Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines
 * Analyze data models and business requirements
 * Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity
 * Validate backend logic and data processing
 * Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure test coverage
 * Utilize AWS services within application architecture
 * Develop, test, debug, and deliver solutions using best practices
 * Participate in code reviews and ensure security best practices
 * Maintain clean and efficient code
 * Monitor application performance and optimize for cost, security, and reliability
 * Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and challenges
 * Ensure adherence to standards and best practices
 * Work with product managers, business stakeholders, and team members to refine requirements and deliver solutions
