Preferred skills and experience: * Experience implementing security for large-scale AI projects in cloud-native or hybrid environments, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with knowledge of AI governance, security posture management, data security posture management, ethical frameworks, and responsible AI principles. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or cloud security certifications are a plus. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: * Ability to travel - Globally around 15% to 20% of the time, overnight. ## Description The Principal Cyber Security Architecture Lead will provide strategic leadership for a team of security architects and partner closely with architecture, engineering, data, AI, and infrastructure teams to design and deliver secure enterprise solutions. This role is responsible for integrating security throughout the solution lifecycle, championing Secure by Design principles, and serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. The successful candidate will help identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks while driving the implementation of security controls across traditional, cloud, SaaS, AI, generative AI, and agentic AI environments. They will play a critical role in enabling innovation while ensuring solutions align with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This position is part of the Danaher Corporate Information Security organization and reports to the Director of Cyber Architecture, Engineering, & Operations. This is a Danaher Corporate role and is fully remote.
