## Description

Experteer Overview As a Solution Architect, you will own and shape technical solutions at the value-stream level, ensuring architectural alignment, security, and scalability. You will work closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into sound technology solutions within a federated Enterprise Architecture model. You'll help design, document, and guide delivery of end-to-end architectures, reusing enterprise capabilities where possible. This role blends hands-on design with coaching, shaping patterns, and mitigating risks to enable faster, reliable delivery.
