## Description

Experteer Overview As Director of Data Science at Schwab, you lead a cross-functional, ~10-person team to shape enterprise-scale AI solutions that inform business decisions and enhance client experiences. You translate business strategy into actionable AI roadmaps and oversee end-to-end ML systems, from data ingestion to production monitoring. You drive innovation in NLP/LLMs and Generative AI while elevating engineering standards and responsible AI practices. This is a strategic, high-visibility role with impact across marketing, client service, and other business areas.
