Experteer Overview In this Lead Software Engineering role, you drive the design and delivery of autonomous AI agents at scale within Morgan Stanley's Advanced Analytics, ML and Gen AI Platform. You will partner with global teams to prototype, implement, and operationalize GenAI-powered solutions that align with the firm's cloud adoption and engineering roadmap. You will shape robust, scalable architectures and establish guardrails to ensure agent accuracy and reliability. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to influence AI capabilities across the business and clients.
