Clearance * U.S. Citizenship is required. * Active TS/SCI eligibility required * Experience supporting enhanced security or classified deployment efforts is highly preferred. ## Description MTSI is seeking a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Architect to serve as a technical leader supporting mission engineering, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture development for defense customers. In this role, you will lead complex system-of-systems architecture efforts, guide teams of engineers, and drive the development and implementation of digital engineering ecosystems. You will construct and analyze enterprise-level architectures and killweb/effectsweb constructs, support mission engineering studies, develop digital workflows, and ensure highquality technical deliverables across government programs. This position requires deep experience in MBSE methodologies, SysML/UAF/DoDAF modeling, mission thread development, complex systems analysis, and coordination with senior defense stakeholders.
