Prior experience maintaining reusable Helm charts, manifests, and deployment templates with guidance from senior engineers. Qualifications We Prefer Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, source control, CI/CD, and testing practices. Basic familiarity with GitOps concepts and tools such as Argo CD. Exposure to AI/ML tools, data platforms, agent frameworks, or API management platforms. Interest in DevOps and AIOps methodologies, containerization, and IaC best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive end-to-end solutions. Demonstrated deep technical curiosity and the initiative to dive into complex challenges. What You Will Do Assist in developing and maintaining cloud-agnostic software and automation that operates across AWS, Azure, and on-prem Kubernetes clusters Support cross-functional teams by contributing to integration, documenting workflows, and helping ensure smooth solution delivery. Contribute to building and maintaining internal SDKs, APIs, and microservices that support AI workflows across hybrid environments. Write clean and efficient code with guidance, focusing on readability, maintainability, and continuous improvement Use AI-assisted development tools (OpenCode, Claude Code) and basic RAG frameworks to support coding tasks, documentation, and user-support workflows. Provide user onboarding and operational support for platform services - assisting new users with access, explaining platform capabilities, helping troubleshoot common issues, routing requests, and maintaining user-facing documentation.
