What You'll Do:

 + Provide day-to-day technical support to end users

 + Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, email, and printer issues

 + Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and user accounts

 + Track and document support requests in a ticketing system

 + Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members
