Pre-Employment Requirements: Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments, Candidates will be required to take an Excel assessment.

 * Minimum 2 years of professional experience using advanced Microsoft Excel in a data analysis, reporting, finance, accounting, or related role.

 * Experience working with large datasets and data reconciliation.

 * Hands-on experience with Power Query.

 * Strong proficiency in:

 * XLOOKUP

 * INDEX/MATCH

 * SUMIFS

 * IF Statements

 * Pivot Tables

 * Data Filtering & Sorting

 * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

 * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

 * 3-5 years of relevant experience.

 * Experience with data cleanup, migration, or reporting projects.

 * Knowledge of Power BI, VBA, or Excel automation.

 * Government or public-sector experience.

## Description

We are seeking an Excel Data Coordinator II to support a short-term project focused on consolidating, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to quickly deliver accurate results.
Key Responsibilities

 * Combine and reconcile data from multiple sources into a single dataset.

 * Clean, validate, sort, and filter large datasets.

 * Utilize advanced Excel functions, including:

 * XLOOKUP

 * INDEX/MATCH

 * SUMIFS

 * IF Statements

 * Pivot Tables

 * Use Power Query to transform and prepare data.

 * Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.

 * Create reports and tracking spreadsheets.
