Experience in customer care and technical support in an IT environment. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications Suite and SharePoint. * Ability to communicate with all levels of management. * Personal Attributes: Must be a Team-player, excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills; customer and quality focused; highly motivated and self-starter; innovative thinker; and able to work independently. ## Description The Senior System Administrator role provides system administration maintenance and support for the iconectiv enterprise environment.
