You become a subject-matter expert in production database troubleshooting and platform performance, collaborating with operations, support, and development teams. You'll drive observability, automation, and informed infrastructure decisions to prevent incidents and scale the cloud platform. This is a fast-paced role with real impact on customers and the platform's reliability.
