Experteer Overview In this role you shape and drive research programs that translate findings into impactful AI solutions. You will lead project work, define data structures and evaluation metrics, and build novel datasets to advance state-of-the-art models. You'll explore the link between static evaluations and live production traffic to improve real-world performance. This position sits at the intersection of research leadership and practical implementation, contributing to broad scientific progress and product innovation.
