Experteer Overview In this hands-on team lead role, you architect, build, and deliver scalable real-time systems for CBP Passenger Systems. You guide an Agile development team and coordinate program-wide releases. You collaborate with government customers on requirements and ensure high-quality, tested software. You contribute as a senior developer when needed, shaping technical direction and code quality while driving delivery.
