This role leads end-to-end software implementation projects from initial kickoff through go-live and project closure.  * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
 * Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and implementation partners to ensure aligned delivery.
 * Facilitate project kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, steering committee updates, and post-implementation reviews.
 * Monitor project scope, manage change requests, and follow established governance processes for approvals and updates.
 * Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
 * Track project budgets and forecasts and ensure all contract deliverables are clearly defined and met.
 * Ensure all implementation activities align with client business requirements and broader organizational objectives.
 * Coordinate key implementation activities, including data migration, system configuration, integration work, testing, training, and deployment.
 * Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring test plans, defect tracking, and sign-offs support go-live readiness.
 * Monitor project progress using project management tools and provide clear, regular status reporting to stakeholders.
 * Escalate issues appropriately while driving timely and effective resolution.
 * Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
