Demonstrated success delivering large-scale SAP transformation initiatives while championing best practices, governance, performance optimization, and clean-core development principles. * 2+ years of experience leading SAP development intake and demand management processes, partnering with business and functional stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and roadmap development initiatives. Proven ability to balance business value, technical complexity, resource capacity, and delivery timelines while driving strategic decision-making. * 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience within complex enterprise environments, including Classical and Object-Oriented ABAP, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancement Frameworks, Reports (Classical, ALV, OO ALV), IDocs, Interfaces, and Forms (Adobe Forms, SmartForms).
