Ability to create and maintain design system. Experience in a senior or lead capacity running design teams Knowledge in Accessibility (WCAG 2.0 and above) and ability to translate that into design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCD, or a related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Accessibility certification is a bonus. Experience designing data driven dashboards and reporting. ## Description Insight Global is seeking a remote Sr. UX/UI Designer on to join an incredible team leading a major public health technology initiative. This individual will be responsible for working closely with the UX/CX team to produce human-centered user interface design for a suite of highly visible products/applications. Working closely alongside a team of researchers and user experience designers, the UI Designer will take customer requirements and translate them into functional UI design patterns and wireframes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI design with an emphasis on accessibility and human-centered design. Additional responsibilities include: Work closely with both internal and customer stakeholders to keep UX/CX strategy aligned. Translate user stories/requirements and feedback into user interface design.
