In this role, the ITS I analyzes, designs, develops, implements, documents, debugs, and supports complex enterprise interfaces and production batch operations. Working independently, the ITS I provides enterprise-wide support for data integration across the FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This includes developing and maintaining system interfaces, performing data conversions, supporting application enhancements, and managing production batch operations. The incumbent also delivers ongoing operational support and resolves production issues in a timely manner to ensure the FI$Cal system continues to meet business needs while incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices. Throughout this work, the ITS I ensures that system solutions remain aligned with the department's business and technology goals and objectives. The ITS I plays a key role in documenting new system functionality, business processes, and data flows within the FI$Cal system. The incumbent also contributes to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITIL and ITSM processes and procedures. While the duties for this position primarily fall within the Software Engineering domain, work may be assigned in other domains as needed.
