The ability to work with limited supervision at client site and the ability to make decisions regarding assigned projects independently or with limited direction from management.

 * Team Player - Enthusiastic, personable, works well with others (including an offshore team)
 * Logical Thinker - Ability to perform analysis and research
 * Self starter / motivator. Takes initiative and is willing to learn. Should be able to share knowledge effectively in the team.
 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - This is a MUST
 * Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Visio)
 * Teamsite Experience is a MUST. More specifically Teamsite 7.3.1
 * Provide training sessions for offshore/onshore on Teamsite 7.3.1 and Templating Process.

## Description

* Creating a New Data Content Record (DCR)
 * Generating an Output File
 * Setting up Data Capture Templates
 * Setting up Presentation Templates
 * Mapping Users, Templates, and Content Records
 * Integrating Templating, DataDeploy, and Workflow.

Secondary Skills:

 * Perl (as Teamsite uses Perl too)
 * Unix/Shell Script
 * Java
 * XML
