## About the Role

* 8 10 years of Business Analysis experience.
 * Strong experience supporting Information Security, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Cloud Security programs.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra Identity Management (Azure AD).
 * Knowledge of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, IGA, Conditional Access, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
 * Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and reporting requirements.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
 * Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
 * Understanding of governance, risk, compliance, audit, and security controls.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * Experience supporting cloud identity and enterprise security transformation programs.
 * Exposure to AI-driven security or Identity Governance initiatives is a plus.
 * Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
