## Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Field Service Dispatcher to support daily field operations by coordinating work assignments, dispatching field personnel, and ensuring service requests are completed efficiently. This role serves as a key communication hub between field crews, customers, and internal departments to help maintain high service levels while supporting critical utility operations., * Dispatch and route field personnel using company dispatch systems to support daily operational needs.

 * Prioritize, assign, and adjust workloads to meet service-level expectations and changing business demands.
 * Monitor service orders and ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for service-order questions, updates, and issue resolution.
 * Communicate effectively with field personnel to provide support, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
 * Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, electronic work requests, and internal communications.
 * Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve service-order exceptions and scheduling conflicts.
 * Coordinate resources and assets to support operational priorities and customer commitments.
 * Make timely decisions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operations environment.
 * Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
