Technical Knowledge

 * SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR), FI/CO, MM/Procurement
 * Integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIs), data migration, master data governance
 * Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery for ERP transformations

Leadership Skills

 * Influence without authority across IT, Finance, Business; executive presence with C-suite/Board
 * Vendor/SI management: accountability while maintaining collaboration
 * Risk mitigation, conflict resolution, consensus building in matrixed organizations

Certifications (Preferred)

 * SAP S/4HANA certification, SAP Project Management certification, or PMP/PgMP

## Description

Lead end-to-end program management of Client's SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA transformation, a mission-critical initiative impacting Finance, Revenue Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and integrated business processes across global operations., * Own program plan, timeline and delivery across all workstreams (Finance, RAR, MM, Integration, Data, Technical)

 * Establish program governance: Steering Committee, Executive Sponsors, workstream leads, SI partner coordination
 * Manage vendor/SI partner accountability and program risks, issues, dependencies across 15+ business units
 * Align IT, Finance, Revenue, Procurement, Supply Chain stakeholders; drive change management and adoption
 * Executive communication: Steering Committee, Board updates, CIO/CFO briefings
 * Coordinate 50+ system integrations (Workday, Salesforce, Coupa, HighRadius, EPM, BW) and middleware modernization
 * Manage dependencies with Master Data Governance, analytics migration, and infrastructure transition
