FedOps candidate should possess strong experience in managing and supporting cloud-based and enterprise platforms within highly regulated environments, with a focus on reliability, security, and compliance. Strong AAP playbook skillset, problem-solving skills, operational mindset, and the ability to continuously improve processes through automation and data-driven insights are essential. The knowledge of HPOO and HPSA are a plus in this role but not absolutely required., Required Skills (Must-Have)

 * Strong, hands-on expertise in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) including:
o Playbook development and optimization
o Job templates and workflow templates
o RBAC and secure execution models
o Integration with external systems (ServiceNow, APIs, etc.)

 * Solid scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or shell scripting)
 * Experience with event-driven automation and operational tooling
 * Strong understanding of infrastructure, application workflows, and incident management processes
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Experience with legacy automation/orchestration platforms such as:
o HP Operations Orchestration (HPOO)
o HP Server Automation (HPSA)

 * Familiarity with migration/modernization efforts from legacy platforms to AAP or other modern orchestration tools [RE: Midyea...lishments. | Outlook]
