## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
 * 2+ years of experience in release management or a similar role.
 * Experience managing releases in an Agile environment.
 * Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
 * Knowledge of Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices.
 * Proficiency with Copado (Pipelines, User Stories, Back Promotions, Compliance Hub).
 * Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
 * Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
 * Familiarity with code quality tools (CodeScan, PMD).
 * Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

 * Copado Certifications (Fundamentals I/II, Developer, Administrator).
 * Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator).

## Description

LTS is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Release Engineer to join our team and support a program with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is responsible for managing and optimizing release processes, ensuring smooth deployment and maintaining high-quality standards within Salesforce environments. This position is 100% remote position.

What You'll Do:

 * Oversee and maintain the integrity and quality of software releases.
 * Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
 * Debug and troubleshoot release-related issues.
 * Document and improve release processes and procedures.
 * Ensure adherence to release schedules and deliverables.
 * Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases.
 * Communicate release status and updates to stakeholders.
