You collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with strategy and enable fast, high-quality delivery. You lead patterns, standards, and guardrails at an enterprise level while supporting cross-functional teams across CRM, marketing tech, customer service tech, and the digital experience platform. You help shape modernization and AI-enabled architecture while maintaining governance and risk awareness.
