Preferred * Experience with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or another change management framework. * Experience in systems integration, automation, construction, engineering, or field operations. * Experience leading pilots, phased rollouts, or enterprise-wide initiatives. * Experience developing process, training, communication, or sustainment plans. ## Description Change Management Lead Build the system that helps Prime Controls change smarter, faster, and better. About the Role Prime Controls is growing, and so is the pace of change across our business. We're looking for a Change Management Lead to help launch and lead our new Enterprise Change Management System (ECMS), creating a consistent way to move important initiatives from idea to successful adoption. As the first dedicated hire in this function, you'll have the opportunity to help build the foundation from the start. You'll bring structure to complex initiatives, coordinate teams across the business, and help ensure changes are thoughtfully planned, communicated, implemented, and sustained. You don't need to be the technical expert in every area. You need to know how to ask the right questions, bring people together, create clarity, and keep work moving.
