Desired Qualifications: * CompTIA Security+. * Tier 1 help desk experience. * Working knowledge of Jira, development tools/environments. * Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automating IT administrative tasks. * Building and maintaining security-complaint systems. * Familiarity with basic NIST or corporate security compliance framework. * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience. ## Description Dark Wolf is seeking a motivated, security-conscious Tier 2 IT Support Engineer to join our internal IT group. In this role, you will serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, managing a broad spectrum of internal systems spanning corporate networks, cloud environments, identity management, and end-user support.The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in modern IT infrastructure, a passion for troubleshooting, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, high-tech national security contractor environment.
