## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
 * 10 plus years of experience
 * A Master's Degree may be substituted for 2 years of work experience
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Department of Defense security clearance.
 * Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

## Description

Knowledge of and practical experience with Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and/or Master Test Strategy development/updates

 * Cost estimate review aligned to program scope/schedule
 * Support test planning and execution by coordination the exchange of information between the ITT and IPT
 * Support development and review of technical requirements for test planning and reporting efforts.
 * Knowledge of NAVAIR test and evaluation roles/responsibilities
 * Ability to provide schedule development, resource management, iTrack/iTest knowledge
 * T&E Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPT) coordination, development, and briefing
 * NAVAIR Acquisition Experience
 * SOW development/review
 * Mission Systems development.
 * Interface with external organizations
 * Participate in program technical reviews, Deficiency Reviews, System Verifications Review and others as necessary
 * Support technical studies, analyses, and planning to refine test verification methods and approaches
