Reporting to program leadership, the Program Lead supports program by coordinating day-to-day activities, providing guidance to senior and junior interns, monitoring program implementation, and helping maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where scholars can thrive. Working under the direction of program leadership, this position also supports youth workforce development, and assists with administrative functions.
