## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im 2nd Level Support oder im Betrieb von IT Systemen
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP SuccessFactors und/oder SAP HCM Systemen
 * Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der SAP SuccessFactors Plattform inkl. laufender Systemüberwachung
 * Planung, Koordination & Integration von Changes & Neuerungen in den Betrieb sowie Weiterentwicklungen der Plattform
 * Incident- & Problem Management im täglichen Betrieb
 * Durchführung von Fehler- & Systemanalysen sowie applikatorischer & fachlicher Administration
 * User- & Systemadministration
 * Fachliche Koordination von Application Manager:innen sowie enge Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Operations, Architektur & Projektmanagement
 * Verantwortung für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkthersteller
 * Regelmäßiger Austausch mit internen & externen Stakeholdern im öffentlichen Umfeld
 * Sicherstellung eines effizienten Betriebs durch Kombination aus technischem & kommunikativem Verständnis
