You will ideally have: * Proven experience working with Odoo ERP. * Experience with ERP implementations, migrations or major system improvements. * Strong understanding of Odoo configuration, modules and functionality. * Experience working within manufacturing, production, logistics or supply chain environments. * Ability to understand operational challenges and translate them into effective ERP solutions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects. * An interest in business processes, production workflows and continuous improvement. * Fluent Dutch language skills are mandatory. Experience with manufacturing ERP processes, inventory, planning or logistics modules would be highly advantageous., If you are an experienced Odoo Specialist looking for a role where you can combine ERP expertise with business improvement and process optimisation, we would be keen to hear from you. ## Description We are currently seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Specialist to join an established industrial manufacturing organisation based in Herentals, Belgium. This is a key role supporting the company's digital transformation journey, with responsibility for the full migration of their ERP system to Odoo, followed by the continued development, optimisation and implementation of new functionalities across the business. Working closely with teams across manufacturing, logistics and operations, you will play an important role in improving business processes, increasing efficiency and ensuring the ERP system continues to support the company's growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical ERP expertise with business understanding, and who wants to take ownership of Odoo within a hands-on manufacturing environment. The role will initially require 5 days per week onsite in Herentals to support the implementation and integration process. Following successful onboarding, there is the opportunity to move towards a hybrid working model of 3-4 days onsite per week. Fluent Dutch language skills are essential for this position. The Role As an Odoo ERP Specialist, you will take ownership of the company's Odoo migration and future development roadmap.
