* 2 to 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
 * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets.
 * Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
 * Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and data visualization principles.
 * Experience with Python for data analysis is a strong plus.
 * Familiarity with databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes is an advantage.
 * Analytical and structured mindset, with strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity for understanding data.
 * Able to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Fluent in English and Dutch

## Description

* Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
 * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business and operational decisions.
 * Translate business requirements into meaningful data analyses, KPIs, and performance indicators.
 * Work with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
 * Perform ad hoc analyses and investigate data discrepancies to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
 * Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting and analytical processes.
 * Contribute to the optimization of data processes, reporting automation, and the continuous improvement of the company's data-driven culture.
