## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
 * Autonomous, patient, organized, flexible and responsive.
 * Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
 * Available to travel for occasional in-store interventions.
 * Comfortable working across Windows, iOS and Android environments and able to adapt quickly to new technologies.
 * Solid understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals (cable management, managed switches, firewalls, access points, etc.).
 * English and French are required. Dutch is a plus.

## Description

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for IT operations and support across Belgium, reporting directly to the Country Operations Manager of the Calzedonia BeNeLux branch., * Ensure the maintenance and smooth operation of new and existing stores by providing first and second-line support, including on-site interventions when required.

 * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the entire IT infrastructure and equipment within the Benelux headquarters and support the implementation of new technologies.
 * Train users on equipment and explore/learn about new/existing technologies.
 * Ensure the installation and configuration of computer and phone equipment.
 * Deploy and configure new solutions in collaboration with the HQ Italy
 * Manage the logistics and inventory of IT equipment (phones, computers, store devices and related hardware).
 * Act as the main point of contact for external IT service providers and third-party vendors.
