* Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (BSc of MSc) in Informatica, Kunstmatige Intelligentie, Data Science, Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting, of aantoonbaar gelijkwaardig niveau.
 * Een sterke basis in datafusie, sensorfusie, probabilistische methoden of machine learning.
 * Programmeerervaring (bijvoorbeeld Python, C/C++ of Java) en ervaring met data- en machinelearningframeworks.
 * Ervaring met of sterke interesse in Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), UAS, geospatiale data, simulaties of edge computing.
 * Praktische ervaring met AI-ondersteunde ontwikkeltools als vast onderdeel van de dagelijkse ontwikkelworkflow.
 * Het vermogen om modellen en aannames te vertalen naar robuuste, operationeel inzetbare systemen.
